Well folks, it looks like we’ve reached the last days of the quarter. Can you believe it? Sounds like just yesterday when we were setting up this blog to post the latest info to you. Just because it’s the end of the year, it doesn’t mean that we’re finished working in the library!
Here’s your proof:
We’re clearing out our new book shelves by putting the new books on carts so that we can catalog them into our system. Once we get done, our technical services folks double check everything, put all the lovely protective laminating on the covers, and put them on the shelves for you! So, if you’re looking for a good summer read or something academic to go along with whatever summer courses you may have registered for; continue to check us out!
Remember, if you have any questions or happen to be looking for anything in particular, swing on by the reference desk! We’ll be open until 9pm on Wednesday, June 6th. After that, the library will be closed until the beginning of summer quarter on Monday, June 18th.
Until then, our Nancy Pearl Librarian Action Figure - crafted after the real life Nancy Pearl - says, “Shhh. Quiet when you enter the library!”
Have a fantastic summer. Be safe, gear up, and come back refreshed and better than ever for fall (or summer if you so choose)!
Best wishes, happy finals, and cheers to final essays!!!
Sincerely,
Your Haselwood, Johnson, and Poulsbo Library Faculty & Staff
