Hopefully, you’re nice and warm somewhere safe and you haven’t been disturbed too much by the recent snow flurries in the Pacific Northwest.
If you didn’t know already, the Olympic College campus as a whole has closed early and/or opened late due to the recent winter storm the past few days. As of this writing (at approximately 3:20pm), the Haselwood Library is currently open and will remain open until 9pm unless the snow starts heading this way again. If you’re in the area and in need of completing some research, stop on by!
Library Tip of the Week: Have you taken a gander at our books for sale? If not, swing by the front lobby (right before you head toward the restrooms) and check out the items we have for sale! On top of books, we’re currently selling records, CDs, and cassettes! We take an extra 50% off on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Items are updated on Mondays. Outside of that, all money used to purchase book sale items go directly to a fund to keep Haselwood Library going (i.e., more books and materials for the students and Olympic College community)!!!
