First off, we wanted to make sure that our students and faculty know that the library will be open on Sunday, November 12, 2006 (normal hours; Noon - 6pm). That is tomorrow folks. We are also open today, Saturday, November 11th. So, if you read this message before 4pm today, swing by the library if you need to work on research!
Outside of that, we also wanted to take the time to inform you of a course offering from one of our very own library faculty members, Kent Mercer. 
He will be instructing General Studies 110 - Research in the Information Age. If you are browsing through the online Winter Quarter Schedule Pamphlet, his Course Item Number is 5432. This is an online, 2 credit class that focuses on academic research literacy while being universal enough for all subject disciplines.
